You get stuck in the loop of thinking and rethinking, planning and analyzing, but never quite feeling like you can move forward. The why.

This retreat was created for women like you: the smart, high-achieving, self-aware women who have already done so much work but feel like insight isn’t enough. Because it isn’t. Change doesn’t happen from analyzing yourself more deeply. Change happens when your body and nervous system learn to feel safe enough to try something new. This retreat is about stepping out of the loop of overthinking and into the experience of safety, clarity, and forward motion.

This retreat is for you if…

The how.

Over the course of four hours together online, you will be guided through an experience designed to help you move out of the loops of overthinking and into a place of clarity and forward motion. We will begin by grounding into safety so your body can settle, then map the patterns where you notice yourself getting stuck so you can see clearly what keeps repeating. From there, you will step into an embodied values practice that helps you feel alignment in your body instead of only analyzing it in your mind. After a short break, we will return for guided practices that create safety while you experiment with small new actions, the kinds of shifts that allow change to happen without overwhelm. We will close with integration and grounding so you leave with clarity, connection, and one safe next step you can carry into your life.

about trisha

Hi - I’m Trisha Wolfe. NARM® & Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Therapist, and Resilience Coach. My life has always been centered on a love of learning and curiosity. On my own journey, I became curious about what makes people do things the day, even when it goes against what they want for themselves. My exploration has led to a Master’s degree in mental health, an in-progress Ph.D., and 7 years of training on complex trauma, attachment patterns, human development, somatics, relational trauma, and more.
